NORMAN ROCKWELL HALLWAY

This room is so named because of Rockwell's long association with Scouting. This hallway at one time was a sleeping porch for the Chidesters. On the north wall are six Norman Rockwell plates. They are registered and very rare. There are also reproductions of paintings by Mr. Rockwell. Norman Rockwell did a total of 52 scouting calendars from 1925 to 1976, printed by Brown-Bigelow.

A collection of sterling silver Rockwell coins and other items pertaining to Rockwell are also on display, along with a self portrait.
